A concert for IBA’s young talents, performing Classical compositions by various composers such as Haydn, Mozart, Shostakovich, and Milhaud. Several students also played the violin performing Seitz Violin Concerto. The audience were impressed by the performance from Eliezer Selwyn Horman, a blind boy, who played Mozart’s Turkish March and a Sacred Song, Mujizat Itu Nyata, of which he sang and played on the piano at the same time. Our two guest stars from Germany, Clemens Barthold and Thomas Jagusch did exceptionally well with Gershwin Rhapsody in Blue and Prokofieff Piano Concerto.
